Dr. K. L. Mary Rani, a distinguished professional with over 25 years of experience, is currently serving at the Indian Institute of Soil Science Research (IISR). Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science, she has made significant contributions to the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in agriculture, particularly in oil palm research.
She has received multiple accolades, including two Best Poster Awards for her research on ICT's role in enhancing oil palm productivity. Dr. Mary Rani is also an active member of professional bodies like SOPOPRAD and ISPC and has published extensively on topics ranging from genome-wide markers to technology dissemination in agriculture.
