ICAR–IIOPR, Pedavegi has developed a motorized backpack machine specifically designed for ablation and harvesting operations in oil palm. The machine has been ergonomically designed to be carried as a backpack, ensuring comfort and ease of operation for field workers.
Commercialization: The technology is now ready for commercialization. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited on a non-exclusive basis from individuals, manufacturers, firms, or startups interested in commercialization of this innovative solution.
EOI Submission: The EOI should be sent in sealed envelope addressed to The Director, ICAR-Indian Institute of Oil Palm Research, Pedavegi-534435, Eluru district, Andhra Pradesh superscribing “EOI for commercialization of ICAR-IIOPR Technology” latest by 25th September, 2025
